Adele co-founded Quantum in 1999 and has since led both Sales and Lettings with energy, expertise, and a personal touch. Known for her hands-on approach, she combines sharp market knowledge with a genuine commitment to clients, always striving for the best results.

Quantum’s longest-serving team member (since 2004), Deana has an encyclopedic memory for clients and a fine eye for details. Her warm, dependable manner has fostered long-standing relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

Liz joined Quantum in 2010 and quickly made her mark—earning top-level recognition at the Propertymark Residential Sales Awards in Parliament. Now a senior member of the lettings team, she ensures smooth, accurate, and positive experiences for landlords and tenants.

Emma joined the property industry in 2019 from retail and earned her Level 3 qualification as a Lettings Negotiator. Bringing creativity to property photography and marketing, she highlights each property at its best while managing tenancy references, agreements, maintenance and landlord–tenant communication.

Our go-to for hands-on property care, Keith leverages practical know-how—honed from years in rugby and retail management—to coordinate and cost maintenance work efficiently. His goal? Long-term property health, happy tenants, and satisfied landlords.

Caitlin joined Quantum 18 months ago and has made a real impact in the team. She is very organised and thrives in our busy environment. Caitlin has a real passion for house renovation and styling. Currently studying for her Level 3 Technical award in property management Caitin loves her work.

CHIEF PAWPERTY ADVISOR!
Sammy joined Quantum as the office’s four-legged morale officer, specialising in tail-wagging greetings, treat supervision, and keeping spirits high. With a nose for sniffing out the best office snacks and a talent for making every visitor feel welcome, he ensures no meeting goes without a wag and no day passes without a smile. His hobbies include belly rubs, supervising naps, and offering unsolicited advice on the coziest office corners.
