Photography & Marketing

All of our photographs are taken in house. With the use of professional software we can provide quality marketing without you paying an additional fee.  Once instructed, we will arrange a measure up appointment, this is where we will take a variety of photographs of your home and draw an internal floorplan. We will ask you questions such as; the age of the boiler, loft access and anything you feel would be useful for a buyer to know.

When the brochure has been approved by the seller it will be launched across the marketing portals which include Rightmove and On The Market. The property will feature on our website and can be found in the branch window in the City Centre.

Viewings & Feedbacks

We love what we do and therefore our property professionals will carry out accompanied viewings of your home (unless stated otherwise). We are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. We will highlight key features of your home and the local area. We will strive for an offer every viewing.

It is important for you to be kept in the loop and therefore we will provide as much feedback as possible. We will call all viewers the day after their appointment to request further feedback which will be passed onto the seller promptly.

Sales Progression

Once a sale has been agreed we will send out a memorandum of sale to all parties. We will actively speak to solicitors and buyers to keep an eye on the progress of the sale, we can prompt and assist across the board and will make sure you are kept up to date. Selling a home can be stressful at times but rest assured we are here to make things easier for you! Do not overlook the importance of sales progression. Exchange of Contract & Completion
