Tenant Find
The standard fee for the Tenant Find service is £695 including VAT.
The standard fee for the renewal of tenancy is £60 including VAT.
There is a separate charge for a detailed inventory, which varies depending on property size;
Under £750 p.c.m. is £90 (inc. VAT)
£750 – £999 p.c.m. is £120 (inc. VAT)
£1000 – £2000 p.c.m. is £180 (inc. VAT)
Over £2000 p.c.m. is £250 (inc. VAT)
Managed Service
Quantum’s managed service is priced as a % of the property income.
Set-up fee; £480 (inc. VAT), and 15.6% (inc. VAT) management per month.
As an example, should the property rent at £1000 p.c.m., our set up fee to the landlord would be £480 (including VAT) and the management fee would be £156 per month (including VAT).
The standard fee for the renewal of tenancy is £60 including VAT.
This is the standard methodology across the industry. We adopt some flexibility with our costings as the monthly incomes can vary – and we feel this should be reflected in our fees.
Should the tenant purchase the property, we charge 1.2% (inc. VAT) of the selling price.
