Are utility bills included in the rent?
Most residential lets are exclusive of bills, unless otherwise stated. Tenants are typically responsible for setting up and paying for gas, electricity, water, council tax, and broadband
How much deposit do I need to pay?
The standard deposit is usually equivalent to five weeks’ rent.
All deposits are securely held with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) in line with UK regulations.
How long is the tenancy agreement?
Can I have pets?
Unfortunately most of our rental properties are not pet friendly.
Do I need renter’s insurance?
Is council tax included in the rent?
Can I decorate or make changes to the property?
Not without written permission from the landlord. This includes painting walls, hanging fixtures, or installing appliances.
What happens if I want to move out early?
You are legally bound by your tenancy agreement. However, early release may be possible if a suitable replacement tenant is found and agreed by the landlord.
